A lot of room for an affordable price
The apartment itself is very large. I have a 2 bedroom and pay less than $700 a month. The utilities are also affordable. The neighbors are very welcoming and nice. The only issues I have had so far is I wish they had better locks on the doors to the apartment and the ceilings are very thin. My upstairs neighbors are very noisy so it can sometimes be distracting. There are also multiple dog parks, a pool, laundry, and a gym on site. The maintenance staff is also very responsive to any issue. It's a quick commute to the law school, but it is not very close to shopping or restaurants (unless you are a big fan of Carl's Jr.).

Columbia Crossing
Apartment is an older one, not very appealing. Has some plumbing issues. Management and maintenance are prompt and easy to contact.
