It is getting more expensive

The rent started at $1700 for a 2b2b, and it is increased to ~$2000 now. Other than the rent, the property is nice, clean and safe in the downtown area.

Nice new apt complex, walking distance from UMC, short drive to downtown campus. Seems like many residents live here
