- gym is minimalist
- within walking distance of many businesses, shops, and restaurants
good but a little expensive
The area we live is nice but boring. Everything I would like to do needs using car. There is nothing surround. It's not convenient for us at all compare to my country- South Korea. The gym and the barbeque area are great and we have extra space to invite friends to get together.

love the location
It's within walking distance of many businesses, shops and restaurants. Has washer and dryer inside, balcony and there are nice employees. The gym is minimalist and has only a couple of treadmills, bikes and some free weights. I've seen private homes with more of a gym!
