Safe and comfortable

It is a very nice place to live with very high end amenities and finishes. It is very safe and secure. Mid city is an awesome location and it's a very quiet apartment complex for the most part. If I were to do the whole process over again I would try to get an apartment that faces the external streets rather than the pool because it can be noisy at the pool on weekends/ in summer months.

Great location, horrible management

I love living in MidCity on the greenway where multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, bars/beer gardens, and restaurants are only a short walk away. Lumina has great amenities and is a new and beautiful building. However, management is horrific and its been a nightmare dealing with office staff the entire time I've lived there. I will not be renewing my lease because I can't deal with them any more.
