Pet friendly, quiet and close to LSU
I moved here with my boyfriend and our two dogs. The pet policy is very friendly, which is great since we have a large breed. The complex is generally quiet, and the facilities are well maintained. It’s about a 12-minute drive to LSU without heavy traffic, and only 6–8 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants.

Very Easy Place to Live
Safe and comfortable
It is a very nice place to live with very high end amenities and finishes. It is very safe and secure. Mid city is an awesome location and it's a very quiet apartment complex for the most part. If I were to do the whole process over again I would try to get an apartment that faces the external streets rather than the pool because it can be noisy at the pool on weekends/ in summer months.
Decent place
Sufficiently clean, reasonably responsive management, perfectly acceptable living conditions.
10/10 would recommend Delaneaux
Great location. Nice apartment. Quiet neighbors. Safe.
Sweet area, small living
I can't complain. It's clean and safe. I'd like more space, but it's a nice place to live.
I dont care
Why are there so many questions
Love these apartments!
Wonderful building mostly consisting of international students and young professionals/families. On the expensive side but really great amenities and staff.
the reserve at glenbridge
beautiful peaceful neighborhood with all the grocery shops and restaurants in close proximity. Good school system for students with children.
I love living here!
I really like living at Parc. It’s a quiet community & most of my neighbors are middle age. I’m close to the big BA Highway so even though it looks like I’m far from school, it’s quick highway access & is only 15 mins away. I also like doing all my shopping in BA instead of Tulsa (I’m from a small town so I like the more chill vibe)
Overpriced Ripoff and Poorly Maintained.
This complex has 21 buildings with over 800 units and is located close to many shopping centers and restaurants. The model apartments, which are nicely painted and carefully designed exhibit a false sense of what your actual apartment will look like. Actual apartments are poorly painted with sloppy caulking throughout which easily flakes off. Appliances are old and not properly maintained. Units are electrically heated and cooled by a PTAC (mold producing) unit (normally seen in motel rooms) which is built into the wall. The property has crumbling sidewalks and pathways that are in need of repair. Because background checks are not done, there tends to be a lot of police activity in the complex. On top of high rent rates, tenants pay all utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, parking fee, monthly pest control fees and an environmental fee). At least half of the buildings do not have laundry facilities so depending on where you live, you may have to walk a block or two to the laundry building which is located in the middle of the property. They advertise a business center, however they don’t have one. You can only use the clubhouse amenities during business hours and most of the time, the amenities are out of order. There is an ice skating rink that hasn’t been opened in the 2 plus years that I’ve lived here. Every resident also pays a monthly CAM fee so nothing is included in the monthly rental price.
Good location
Best thing about this apartment is the location. Safe neighborhood. Tons of businesses in walking distance, like supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. Also good access to public transportation, close to the rail station, bus stop right outside.
Great for driving too, right next to freeway entrance. Parking situation is good too, assigned underground garage space in the building included with rent.
Management staff very responsive to any issues, will provide maintenance very promptly.
Only issue is that it's a pricy apartment compared to other options in the same neighborhood.

In general, it's very convenient to live here.
Great place for students
It has been good. Maintenance staff is good. Very safe area.
Great apt!
Off the 610 loop in Meyerland/ Braeswood area, all 3 major grocery chains (Walmart, Target, and HEB) all within 1 mile. Great area and not far from anything! Downtown/ Midtown/ Galleria is 10 minutes away! NRG stadium is 5 minutes away! Security on site every night along with cameras in the hallways! Free parking in the garage attached to complex to direct access to floor!
