Four Winds - $400, one-time credit for Tulane students!

Kassandra and the staff went above and beyond any & all expectations. I could write 1000 words and not say enough about the AMAZING service I received. The property is beautiful and VERY SAFE. I could gush forever. Just know they are 5 stars and top shelf!

Four Winds is a great apartment. While a little pricey, it has good amenities and close to the school. There’s 24 hr security and the management is always prompt and helpful.

I love living at Four Winds, its not even 2 blocks from school and right on the mardi gras parade route, the price is kind of steep but in my opinion worth it. The only extra stuff I pay for is to park my car and electricity which can range from 10-90$ each month. The people who work there are fantastic they always respond within 24 hours and are so responsive, can not say enough good things about this place. The only thing to keep in mind is the walk back at night is fine I've never had any problems but just keep an eye out (especially if your a woman).

Super close to the medical school and all it’s amenities. Management is great, almost never goes up in rent. Maintenance is fantastic, never waited more than a day for a problem to get fixed. The best rooftop in all of New Orleans and a decent gym, though obviously not as extravagant as Tulane uptown. Can be a bit noisy at times if apartment looks out at a road, though noise canceling headphones seem to do the trick. Internet is never an issue to I studied almost entirely from home. The biggest downfall is no parking included. You can park in the adjacent garage attached to the building or one of the many garages throughout the city. It’ll run you an extra $150-250/month. Overall a great place to live, super safe with fob entry to the lobby and the elevators and a 24/7 guard at the front desk.
