5 min drive to campus
If you do not have a car, there is a bus that comes to the apartment complex and takes you to campus.
Management is mostly helpful. Maintenance is good and friendly.
Apartment itself is nothing super fancy but each apartment has its own deck/patio which is nice if you like to sit outside every once in a while.
Complex is very quiet for the most part.
I would definitely buy a Ring camera for your door though (no matter where you live).

Easy commute, little pricey, nice apartments
Pros:
* The apartment itself is nice and spacious
* They have a great repair staff for any issues you run into
* Nice little pool area, gym, and recreation room at the main office.
* Computers, printing, and a DVD library as well.
* Usually good amount of parking
Cons:
* Nobody cleans up after their dog
* Noisy neighbors
* The cleaning service they contract with for moving in/out is very bad. Carpets were filled with cat hair when we moved in.
* Not terrible pricewise, but one of the more expensive in the area.

Slow Maintenance
When you put in a service request they take a weeks to do anything about it. They also put a box for you to add requests or added comments, but don’t usually read it. We put in ours to call so we can put our dog up before they get there. They have not called to set up a time. They are also very picky about the outdoor patios of our apartments. They constantly send emails to clean them up or remove things.

Good location and space but a little pricey
My apartment is great. Good size kitchen, living room, and room. Its about a 20 minute walk to campus and Mass St. We have grocery stores and Wal-mart down the street. Management is decent. Neighbors are good.
A few negatives: the windows in the bedrooms is really big and during winter the cold temperature seeps in and a little expensive if you rent by yourself (no amenities included).
