Great place to live

Muse is a great environment to live while attending school in downtown Phoenix. It is close to campus and quiet to study at home

Muse

Muse is currently an available option through ASU Graduate Housing. However, I have rented outside of ASU housing. This review is based on my experience as a personal renter. This apartment complex is nearby campus (door to door is about 10 minutes by car). The interior is modern and clean with well sized kitchen and new appliances. Pets and parking garage spaces are available with an added fee of $30/pet and $40/parking space (free additional parking spot can be negotiated). There is a gym, pool, and small dog park that are open 24 hours. There is also a nice clubhouse for studying, working and/or holding teleconferences. Drinks, restaurants, and coffee are within a short walking distance. The main criticism is poor management. They are not very helpful or service oriented if a problem does arise that requires their attention. Overall, however, it's been a pleasant experience.

Management of Housing

Whoever is in charge of overseeing student housing for Arizona State University is absolutely awful at communication and was a nightmare to work with. I will not be resigning a lease or live under student housing after this year is over. Absolutely horrible.
