No joke 10 students in my cohort lived here 1L year without any planning and it was nice ! Really nice kitchens and all your utilities except electricity are included as a flat rate with your rent for a decently cheap price (including pretty fast wifi). Management is a little slow with maintence, but with enough prodding they’re good about fixing things. Forest park is a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive and the area is relatively quiet and residential.

Don’t Live Here
Maintenance never happens, condensing building owner, uncomfortable environment. Stay away at all costs. Walls are incredibly thin. Residents treat it like a hotel. Dogs use the hallway as a play area.

Delmonte
Great community of young adults and many law students! The finishes are a bit cheap, but overall it’s a nice place. The outdoor patio space and the lobby are great for small gatherings. Very pet friendly! The main downside is the location. The loop is close but the immediate surroundings are very sparse. It is a short drive to the law school though.
