Georgetown Apartment - 1B1B
By no means is this luxury. It gets the job done. Has parking, in unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Parking lot is pretty tight. Management/maintenance is alright, but slow to some requests when I had issues w/ appliances. Close to hospital and easy walk to.

Georgetown
Pretty good overall-- for the price and the location it's a pretty good deal and I haven't had any major issues with maintenance or management

Walking Distance & Clean
12 minute walk from my front door to my seat in the HSC classrooms. Clean carpet, generally well maintained. Seems like they make improvements to the property as needed. Maintenance can be slow, but if you email and include all the times you attempted to get something fixed they will instantly fix whatever it is you need. Parking included but on a hill. They charge a fee for visitors on home football game weekends, and I wouldn't suggest trying to park in the lot with less than 2 hours before a football game bc all the spots are taken.

Georgetown apartments
Location is great, just a 15 min walk to HSC. Rent is very reasonable however no utilities are included. Apartment is also unfurnished. Management is very easy to deal with and are friendly. Only main complaint is that the landlord sells empty parking spots for home for home football games so you are basically parked in on game days or you lose your spot.

Cheap and Close
Apartments are cheap and close to campus. Rental office was always helpful and quick to respond. The maintenance staff has always been able to fix problems rapidly.

Georgetown
Not bad, expecially for the price and location (15 mins walking to class and even closer to the hospital and stadium). It is a leasing company that manages it (along with like 6 other complexes) so they are pretty slow on the maintenance complaints but the place is otherwise well kept (if slightly dated).

Walkable and Clean
The apartment was very clean when we moved in.
It is also very quiet in general (not on home football games, you can hear the stadium - it's not a big deal because it's only 6 Saturdays a year).
It is about a 15-20 minute walk to class which is nice to have the option to walk or drive.

Georgetown Apartments
My wife and I moved from BlackBear located in the University Town Center to Georgetown apartments. We moved mainly because of the high cost at BlackBear Apartments, and you really cannot beat what you get at Georgetown for the price. The location is SO close to the school, and there are grocery stores within a mile in almost every direction. My wife and I have saved so much in rent and barely ever have to put gas in our cars. The apartments are definitely older, but they are clean and well-kept. These units have quite a charm, and there are so many other people from the medical school living here. It is a little community of students. However, these apartments are VERY close to the football stadium, so it is impossible to ignore the game noise during home game weekends. But there are only around 5 or so home games a year, so it is not terrible. Parking becomes a bit tight during these home games, so you have to be sure you plan your travel accordingly on these weekends. As long as you do your grocery shopping beforehand, there usually isn't a problem with leaving and coming back to no spots. All in all, I love these apartments. I wish my wife and I would have moved here much sooner. I would recommend to anyone looking at places to check these out.
