Overall Experience
The Avalon townhomes are very spacious and the surrounding area is quiet. Most of the units are brand new. Includes a one car garage, laundry room, pool, & balcony. It is an affordable option if you have a roommate. Management is very responsive.

OUTSTANDING
The office staff at this location is very engaged with the community and tenants, this has been shown when (on the rare occasion) I needed maintenance and they were quick to respond.
The ease of living here has been crucial for me during my first year of law school; I don't need to worry about tracking payments for utilities, cable, or internet. Perhaps the most important aspect has been the proximity to the school, I am able to walk to the law library in 10 minutes, or drive "up the hill" in 3-5 minutes depending on traffic.
On game days, I can walk to the stadium in less than 15 minutes.
NOTE- This property is one of several properties managed by the same company. The property (Avalon) on 8th Street is geared towards graduates and professionals, at the bottom of the hill is a larger complex with a more social atmosphere.
