Hidden Gem of a Property on Outskirts of Morgantown
I was looking for a quieter property to live in during law school compared to downtown undergrad properties. With new construction and easy access to I-68, I-79 and a beautiful 15-20 minute drive to the Evansdale portion of the WVU campus, this townhouse has exceeded my expectations since I have lived here the past 3 years.
Rent is a bargain for all the services provided. Good appliances and washer / driers installed. Electric utility bills are low due to good insulation. The scenic view from the hillside is excellent.
There is also a 24/7 gas station and convenience store next to the entrance to this property.
Biggest complaint about this property is when pulling out of this property you are immediately going onto a road where cars typically travel 65-70 miles per hour, and there is a semi-blind curve on the left. Do not get complacent when pulling into / out of this property. I have never had a car accident here, and I have only seen one in the past three years, but if that sounds too stressful to handle daily for your property tastes - use your judgment to your tastes.
