Convenient Location
Chateau Royale is conveniently located within walking distance to the Law School. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. Parking is nice. There is a good gym on site.

You get what you pay for!
I lived here for 6 years. Pros include speedy repairs, separate leases if you have roommates, lots of parking, convenient guest parking lot, and good location. Cons include rude management, frequent vehicle break-ins, noise, and general quality of the apartments.

overall great location and only five minutes from the law school. all the space i need and quiet during the week as a lot of grad students live here. great amenities and management.
