Studio Park Tower

Very clean and new. Best amenities and view in the city of Grand Rapids. Well worth the cost.

Great location, great facilities!

It’s really fun living downtown across from the Van Andel, a ton of restaurants, and only a 18 minutes walk from campus! The rent is a bit pricey along with having to pay for parking, but mail is all delivered to the secure mail room and you get free movie tickets and a discount at 123 Tavern.

Great Place to Live

I really love Studio Park even though it’s on the pricier end! It’s great being in downtown and I have package receiving, a community lounge where I study, and free movies! I also have covered parking on my floor connected to the 122 building. The space is also brand new and very bright! Also, in apartment laundry and dryer units.
