Great Place
This is a great apartment. Lots amount of room (though the bedrooms are definitely different sizes), in-unit laundry, and A/C.

Modern apartment, decent management
I've lived in this apartment complex for 1.5 years now and we're currently on the third management company. There were a couple hiccups at the beginning, but this management company has been the most responsive since. There have been lots of new community updates (parking lot, sidewalks) that are much appreciated.

Great place, not very safe though
The place is great, responsive management, clean area. But because there isn’t a gate there isn’t much safety. We had a nearby shooting where someone passed away on the property and there have been several car break-ins since moving in. It’s a little too unsafe especially if you live alone and have to come back home at different hours of the night.

Great Space and Complex Overall
Really enjoyed living here for ECE and MCE. Super close to campus but far enough away from EL and MSU undergraduates. I appreciated that the neighborhood was quiet. Management changed hands a few times but they were always cordial and accommodating.

Responsive staff, recent upgrades
I appreciate that they recently re-did the parking lot. Maintenance is very responsive, all the people who work here have been helpful and kind.

BLVD WEST MSU CHM student POV
The apartment is in a great location to school, responsive management for any issues, has a good sized gym, and newer models.

Would live here again
I love my apartment! It is a little further out from Radiology, but the commute honestly is not bad at all (10 minutes max and you dont have to deal with the train). It has private entrances and a ton of parking. The apartments are updated and I haven't had any issues with anything so far. The walls are somewhat thin but nothing unbearable. You get alot more space for what you are paying for than you would up by campus/Grand River. You do have to drive to get take-out or groceries, but again not too bad of a drive by any means.

Great overall
The front office staff is very responsive. The gym is small, but fine. Facilities are nice otherwise. Landscaping always looks clean and the property does a good job at salting and shoveling/plowing when necessary.

BLVD West
It's a great apartment, and I'm really happy with it. In my floor plan, there's a main bedroom with 2 closets and a bathroom inside, and then 2 smaller bedrooms with an additional bathroom in the hall. I'm glad I have an upstairs unit, even if it means its carpeted instead of laminate flooring. The kitchen has limited cooking space because of the "bar" design, but there's a gas stove. The apartment uses Google Nest, so you can set the thermostat when you're away. There is not recycling on-site, which is annoying, and there's one large dumpster for the property. There's also a dog park, pool, gym room, and "business center." The property also has an Amazon locker system. A number of tenants have installed Ring doorbells.
I think this is a great place to live for a professional student. You are fairly isolated from your neighbors and everything is quiet. Most residents seem to be in their late-20s to mid-30s. The apartment is also right next to McLaren hospital.

Great Space and Complex Overall
Love my space here-- it feels like I'm living in a small house or townhome. It's modern/contemporary, clean and very well laid out. A big selling point for me was the in-unit washer and dryer. I also really appreciate having a Nest and the gas stove. I really like that I'm close enough to campus (8-10 minute drive to Radiology) but I'm on the side of campus that isn't near the undergrad students. The complex itself is quiet-- there are a lot of students, families and people with pets here. The area is also quiet as it's in a residential area and its walking distance from the new McLaren hospital.
