Overall rating 6.5/10, based on 2 renter reviews Write a review
One of the better apartments I've lived in
The apartment's not too bad. The 2x2 I live in is really, really nice. The living room area is huge, as are the rooms (we even have walk-in closets)! I also enjoy having my own bathroom. The kitchen is tiny, but that's not a big deal to me. Plus a washer and dryer in the apartment, which is a great perk.
I only have two real criticisms:
(1) There's a ton of spiders. I have no idea where they're coming from and there's a lot, so if you have a fear of spiders, you might not like it; for me, it's just an annoyance because I keep having to kill them.
(2) The internet's not very good. It cuts out at least once per day and the upload speed is just atrocious (though download speed is fine). It's never out for me than a minute or so at most, but it's very agitating when you do most of your work online.

It’s not bad overall
Overall, the apartment isn’t bad. If you live alone the rent is $790, I pay more because I’m married and it’s extra per month for an extra person in a 1 bedroom. Be prepared to deal with noise from people above you— if you don’t mind some noise then it isn’t bad to live here. The leasing office is helpful overall, but I’ve quickly learned that the man who works in the office doesn’t take complaints from women very seriously. There is a woman who also works in the office who will listen and act on any issue you have, she is great! Maintenance likes to knock on doors and come in for things without any 24 hour advance warning, so I have been caught off guard a number of times in the late morning or early afternoon. There are two maintenance men that I’ve seen, one of whom is bald. The bald maintenance man is the WORST. He will not come out after hours if you need any repair done. For example, a few months ago I had a garbage disposal backup and a leak under the sink due to the backup, so I couldn’t clean up anything from dinner, including the dishes. I called the after hours number for maintenance and was told I would be contacted by the man on duty, which was the bald one. When he finally called me he told me to just not use the sink for the night and he showed up in the morning instead. The other maintenance guy is amazing and super nice, so work with him any time you can if you need anything. This place could be so much better if women were taken seriously here by the male staff, but it isn’t an awful place to live if you’re a guy or you can catch the woman when she’s in the office.
