The Perfect Setup
I have now lived at 601 West for almost two years and have had close to no complaints. Management and maintenance are both very responsive, and I love how close we are located to the west side of town. I currently plan on resigning at the end of this year with my roommate.

Perfect setup
Genuinely could not have asked for a better apartment for the rent that I pay. Located in a cool part of town (west side Grand Rapids) with lots of restaurants and a grocery store conveniently nearby. Short commute to downtown or medical mile, and the management group is very responsive to any concerns.
