It is a great apartment that has lots of pets and is very pet friendly. It also has good security, helpful and responsive management, and is very quiet and peaceful. It's very close to the freeway, public transportation, downtown, and to MSU/Medical Mile.

The apartment is in a good location, has thick walls and the management has been quick to respond to any questions/requests. The building has a heated parking garage and located within walking distance to downtown and Medical Mile.

The apartment itself is very spacious and up to date, but the rest of the experience has been where I feel this building may be overpriced. There are nice community areas and small gym (smith machine, treadmill, dumbbells) but those are the only amenities. I have also had some trouble with the leasing office in terms of having to speak to them multiple times to resolve issues.

This building is a wonderful spot for MSUCHM students! The apartments are nice and big, they were originally condos so plenty of space and storage. It's a 10 minute walk away from our main campus Secchia Center and the hospitals we mainly work at. There are nice spots for food and coffee as well as pleasant parks nearby for walks or jogs. The management is super helpful and has always done their best to assist me with any issue. The maintenance team addresses any of my problems within 1-3 days and are friendly. I am very happy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone moving to downtown GR.

Good sized apartment, clean, safe, and quiet building, heated parking. Small gym.

The apartment has been kept very clean and has a lot of young people living in it with dogs. It is in a prime location with many things within walking distance. Anytime I have a utility problem, the maintainence staff is quick to respond. The apartment is overall fairly new and clean to live in. There is a nice community area with a new fireplace and grill.
