Solid but some annoying oversights
For the most part, it's a solid apartment that includes all of your utilities. However, there are flaws and oversight in the design and build. For example, the closet door in the bedroom won't open all the way because the air conditioner is in the way. These aren't deal breakers, but they are annoying.

Alright for last minute place, find a different place if possible
I like that it's all inclusive rent but the location kinda sucks. It's decently close to the law school but you aren't close to many dining or shopping locations. It is not walkable so you have to drive everywhere, do not trust the shuttle system they use. the internet is very reliable and they're really good about responding to maintenance requests.
