Good location. Hits the basics.

If you are looking for a place to sleep, cook, eat and study, this fits the bill. It is also in a really good location as far as Morgantown goes with generally favorable traffic patterns (once you get used to the quirky 5 way intersection to get in). This means that I can get to school in under 10 minutes with a car (walking is not a good idea). Neighbors are generally pretty quiet. Very safe, especially compared to other parts of town. We like it here, especially since cost was one of our biggest concerns.
