Spacious and Sunny Apartment
Overall, I really enjoy this apartment. It's spacious and modern and the windows in each bedroom and floor to ceiling windows in the living room provide so much light. Everything is very new/renovated. There are 4 floors total to this building with a cycling studio (residents get discounts) occupying the first floor. I have had no issues with safety and management/maintenance are responsive and very helpful. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Secchia and there are bus stops close by as well. My only "issues" would be that I wish I was a little closer to the downtown scene and the apartment complex does not have a gym or pool.
