Bigger for cheaper
If you're planning on living with a plus one or others, I think this complex is a great choice. It's only a 10-12 minute drive from the Secchia Center and is much cheaper for a much large space than anywhere I could find downtown! They have a large selection of floor plans to choose from; the one we chose is spacious (1,153 Sq. Ft 2 bed/2 bath) with tons of natural sunlight from huge windows. You can choose to add on an attached garage, detached garage, and/or storage unit. The complex is also super pet friendly and has its own fenced-in dog park. Other pros include a heated pool and hot tub. We're also right next-door to a Meijer, Aldi, movie theater, and a bunch of other businesses/restaurants. The biggest con is that this place does not have elevators, only stairs.
