EXCELLENT location to LSU Law
The location is excellent - close enough to LSU Law but not in a "college" apartment. The units are townhouses with designated covered parking spaces in front of each unit. No parking garages or elevators/stairs is a big plus compared to other apartments! Not noisy as no one lives above or below you - you have the whole unit. Small fenced-in back patios make it perfect for my dog to go out late at night and the large perimeter is great for long walks during the day. Pool was just renovated + hot tub.

Lake Beau Pre Living
I have really enjoyed living at Lake Beau Pre. The complex is gated and is a short distance from LSU campus. I really like that although most units are individually owned, we still have a front desk to call if we have issues or questions. There is carport parking and great amenities including a pool, tennis court, gym, and clubhouse.
