Great Neighborhood!
It is a gated community of fully furnished townhouses. They have a pool, gym, coffee bar, and study spaces that are open for use 24/7 and included in your monthly rent. Everyone gets a parking pass included in rent as well. Very open layout and each door has two locks on it to ensure safety. Closets are very big and there's good storage space. Pet friendly as well! Also in a great location, I am 5 minutes away from the vet school and about 10-15 minutes away from grocery/pet stores. You are able to pick your roommates or be assigned them if needed.

Overall good
There was a bug problem when we moved in that was taken care of quickly. We did have an issue with our AC unit and that took over a month and multiple work orders to get resolved. It has been fine since but it was frustrating that it took so long to be fixed. Other than that, it can be noisy at times but it has been nice.

More on the expensive side, but very spacious and nice
I love the Villas. It's very quiet. I haven't had any major maintenance issues. If maintenance issues do arise, they fix them in a timely manner, and the maintenance people are very nice! The property manager (Ms. Alacia) is so helpful and does a great job. I love the amenities (movie room, conference/study room, workout area, and pool area). It is more on the expensive side, but it is worth it. It's only about 10-15 minutes from campus, so very convenient. The only cons are that the printer is often broken and the people working the front desk are a little unapproachable/rude. It's also located by the levee, so we often get huge water pockets in some areas when there's heavy raining.
