clean and quiet apt, in walking distance from HSC

Affordable 1 bedroom apt that is a 10 min walk to WVU Ruby hospital. That was the main reason we chose it. Clean and quiet complex with wood floors and good appliances.

Stadium court

Apartment is nice but maintenance is subpar and management/landlord is incredibly rude and unresponsive.

Good for law students

Very quiet. It seems like it's mostly if not all, graduate/professional students and young professionals that live here, especially those who are medical or health sciences students or working at Ruby Memorial since it's very close. Which is great as a law student.
