Feels like home

I have absolutely loved my experience living here. The community is very safe and filled with young professionals and families. It is located next to Lexington Medical Center, so the only people who drive near the property are those going to or working at the hospital. The management are super responsive and helpful. The maintenance team is incredible as well. The grounds are well taken care of which makes me feel like my money isn't being wasted. After spending time in other cities for clinical rotations, I have realized how safe I feel at Abberly Village. The only critique I have is that, though it's gated, the gate is often broken. It is also 20 mins away from the main SOM building so it's a bit out of the way if you have classes there.

Best value in the Columbia area! Very safe neighborhood and the apartments are beautiful and well-maintained.

Abberly Village

Clean apartments, friendly management, good location for me because I do not attend class on the VA campus. Great amenities, plenty of parking, gated and safe, resident events.
