Otarre Pointe Apartments

A great location, quiet, spacious, and a short distance from everything. Next to 12 miles of walking/running/biking trails that are perfect for exercise lovers or dog owners!

Otarre Pointe is an excellent location, just far enough from the law school to have some separation, but not too far of a commute. I can typically get to the law school in about 15 minutes! The amenities are super nice and convenient! The property management always does events for residence that are really fun and unique. All of the neighborhood dogs are the bets of friends and hang out in the little dog park together. An entrance to the Timmerman Trail is right next to the apartments so it is a dream for runners, walkers, bikers, etc.!! The community is super kind and quiet!

Location is amazing, construction of apartment is nice, property looks nice, gym is nice, next to tennis club (20+ courts), next to very respectable nature trails...management is cool! Residents are mostly young professionals in late 20s to early 40s...

No bugs, but there are spoiled cats that get way too much attention.

Walls are thick, cannot hear anyone--my wife sings as loud as she wants and noone can hear.

I looked at 50+ apartments when we decided to move here and start the program, and I think we picked the best one!

Price is competitive for what you get---but in higher range for grad school. Great if your married or have had previous job. Not really feasible for a grad student, if you do not have additional income source.

Nice apartments, horrible management. About 20 min to the hospital, 12 to school. A dog park, Nice gym with a peloton. Pool and grilling area. Pretty quiet.

I have enjoyed living at Otarre Pointe. The office staff are very friendly and always helpful. Otarre Pointe is a great place for pets, there is a ton of green space, and a fenced dog park. There is not much located directly around the apartment complex, but plenty restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are all within a 10-15 drive. It is also about a 15 drive to the medical school, which is largely on interstate 77. The apartments themselves are very nice, and come with a washer and dryer in unit.
