3100 Pearl
I really like living at 3100 Pearl. It is in a great location that is walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. It's also very easy to get to campus. The apartments are updated and it was very clean when we moved in. There's quite a bit of space in the kitchen and the apartment has a lot of closet storage / other storage. Management has been great so far as well.

Great Experience
This apartment is in great location -- close to campus, Pearl, shopping, and trails. It is also 22+ which is great for noise levels and cleanliness of the common rooms.

Overall, great (but you do pay for that)
While rent is more expensive, the amenities are great (amazing gym, pool + hottub), the location is right by a bus stop so easy access to commute to the law school, and it feels very safe because you need key/phone code to get into almost every door. Appliances are fairly new as well and there is in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher which were non-negotiables for me. Mgmt is friendly and maintenance can usually respond to requests within a week. Besides the price, I am very happy with the apt and have lived here for 2 years now...also Mason's Dumplings next door is my go-to for takeout food.

Great community!
Not the cheapest place, but you 100% get what you pay for. The management is super friendly and responsive, all my issues have been resolved within 1-2 business days, and they host weekly community-wide events (like taco bars, bingo night, and pet "pawtys." The property is really well maintained, and there are lots of great communal spaces and amenities.

Griffis is great
Great location (right on the bus route, extremely walkable to so many shops/grocery stores/trails), amazing amenities (including covered garage parking), and very nice interior. You pay a higher price for these things but it’s worth it!

Mgmt Issues
The building management is pretty bad and there’s a lot break-ins. Security is heavily lacking.

Griffis Review
Great convenient location and great maintenance team. Near train tracks and currently construction surrounding the area so it can be noisy at times.
