24 Fifty

Studio apartments are quite spacious, but expensive. My base rate is $1495 for ~550 sq ft. With utilities, including internet, water, gas, electricity, parking garage, and amenities, my monthly payment is around $1800. The complex requires you to have renters insurance. Overall, I love the apartment complex. For it being my first time living in Denver, I feel myself and my property is very safe within the complex. As far as I know, management has changed within the last year and turned things around.

Great Apartment, but Expensive

Very close to the school. There's a study room that is often available for resident use. A lot of other law students live here, great for community.

Feels like student housing

I'm paying a lot of money and its only sort-of safe. A few of my neighbors
apartments have been robbed.

Safe and quiet with great amenities

This is my second year living in this apartment complex. My apartment faces east (opposite side of University Ave.) and is very quiet. There's a gym (usually empty), 2 pools, year round hot tubs, and rooftop which are great if you like to use these amenities. They also have security and cameras, which has made me feel very secure. Additionally, they have 3 full time maintenance staff, so if something is wrong someone is there very quickly!

Great amenities when they work.

It used to be noisier on weekends but there is security you can call that will remind neighbors of the quiet hours. There amenities are great. The A/C was inadequate, but they replaced it after a few weeks of the apartment being 90 inside and now do not have that issue. Maintenance staff is great, but the owners mismanage, and management doesn't care. Things break often: the garage doors, door locks, elevators and they shut down the pool to clean every time people bring and break glass so you can't always use the pool/hot tub.

Great apartment

Quiet on the neighborhood side and very safe. Really nice amenities with a rooftop and pool. Not a lot of homeless people on the walk to school, so it feels safe to be walking alone. It takes me about 15 minutes to walk to and from school. Great neighborhood surrounding the building!
