Good location and managers, average value, bad maintenance
Managers are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Location is great. Value is bad for me coming from the midwest but I hear its not bad for boulder and from light research that seems to be true. I'm taking points off mainly for maintenance. I've had exposed pipe in the bathroom and loose screws on doors since I've moved in over a month ago and it has not been fixed yet. I'm guessing this is an issue with the management company.

Loved management, roommate situation was awful
I loves Brittany and Alex, they are great people but I was placed with a roommate/apartment mate who made me hate living there. If your can get 3 other people or 1 other person for the other side (price dependent) , it's a great place to be with a 5 minute walk to campus, but if you are willing to risk having terrible roommates, I would caution living here.
