Poolside Apartments

Older building with renovated rooms. Spacious for cost of living but air conditioning is a little outdated.

Great apartment with good space, big kitchen, very nice bathroom, big room with washing machine and a large dressing room. It cools down quickly in summer and gets heated fast in winter.

FOR LAW SCHOOL: you are at a 7 min walking distance from the school.

I love living at Poolside. It’s quiet and really close to campus!

This apartment is very nice, very modern. Incredibly spacious, and 8 minutes from the law school on foot. My only complaints are that there is only one air conditioner unit in the living room, so the bedroom gets hot in the early months, but there is a heater in both rooms. My other complaint is that there are no overhead lights in the living or bedrooms, but this is easily fixed with lamps.

Its fine for what it is

I really like living at Poolside. It is on the expensive side, but I like living close to the law school and Kirkwood, and I love the renovated apartments. The unit itself is very nice (new appliances, pretty spacious). I appreciate that I can always get a hold of someone at the management company via text or call if I need them. Also, maintenance has always responded very quickly to any maintenance requests. I just renewed to live at Poolside for my third year.

Great Location, Iffy Management, Good Value

Decent Apartment

I heard excellent things about Poolside, so I signed the lease. However, before I moved in, the property owner switched to the property management company, and my whole experience became terrible, not to mention that our move-in date was delayed for at least one month because of the delay in construction. There was a random guy who lived in our common area for two days, and while he lived there, the packages in the package room were ripped off, and some of the stuff in those packages was missing. The management property still refused to change the door code. This property is fancier than where I lived before, but I think it is tough to communicate with the property management.

Renovated last year with new appliances. 6 min walk to the law school and the bars on Kirkwood, so great location. The only real problem is the floors are thin; I would only recommend the building if you are on the third floor if you are someone who does not handle noise above you well.
