State Bloomington
Expensive for what it is. Good gym space. Have to pay extra for parking and pets. Far from campus but close to bus route. Management is a pain to work with.

Only Complex I've Renewed a Lease With
In my 7-years at IU, I have always moved after each year with off-campus apartment housing until I came here. While they are a bit expensive on the parking side (approx. $200-300 once per year), they are good on rent for the space you receive. My unit has a large walk-in closet, an outdoor storage unit, lots of cabinet space, a built-in wall desk, and an in-unit washer/dryer (which in my opinion is underappreciated during the first year of graduate school). Their maintenance have been incredibly responsive to my concerns. They are also pet friendly (1 time pet deposit and a monthly pet fee).
