BEAUTIFUL PLACE + GREAT STAFF
Having lived at other apartments, I can say for certain that this apartment is wonderful! The staff is really friendly. It's just away enough from law school to give you a breather, and not in loud area at all. Bruster's icecream is across the street, if you need a study break snack. My apartment is also a pretty good size, with all my utilities being new. I will say, however, that the walls are a bit thin, so I do hear my neighbor singing a bit . . .

Great Place, Inconvenient for Maurer
The apartments are practically brand new and you can tell in their condition, the way that management handles maintenance issues, and just the general appearance of the appliances and place. Parking is about an extra $35 a month (though there are certain deals and offers depending on when you sign/apply for a lease). It is about a 10-15 minute drive from Maurer, depending on traffic so unless you are willing to spend money on parking and have the funds, as much as I like the complex, I would not recommend. They do have a bus stop and are part of the shuttle system but it is not consistent and the buses ON campus are difficult to coordinate in getting back to the complex.

Furnished Apartment - Less than Luxury but Functional
Brand new development opened in Summer 2024. As of September 2024, the development is not completed. The residential units are completed but there have been significant delays. Management is in transition from Granite Management to Third Bloomington Development. Pool is completed but waiting for it to open. Promo rate was great, focusing on on fully furnished place. Not much noise from neighbors next to me, but hallways echo a lot and noise from upstairs is significant.
