Very quiet very safe very nice
I really enjoy this apartment complex. I wanted to find somewhere quieter where I would know I would feel safe. It’s a bit of a drive from Tulane, but having lived in Atlanta, it is very close (about 22 min). I have a porch, tons of closet space, and am able to have up to two pets (with additional fees). The one bedroom is about 750 square feet. The complex has a small track, outdoor exercise area, pools, an Amazon locker hub, and entrances to the levy. The back part of the parking lot does flood when it rains heavily for long periods (I just move my car to the front for hurricanes). I do recommend trying to find an apartment with a laundry hookup and paying the extra fee. I don’t mind using the shared laundry facility but having to walk all the way around the pool area with no sidewalk (when it was clearly designed to have a gate next to my building) is a bit frustrating.
