Good experience
So far, it’s been very good. There’s no major issues to worry about, and it’s also close to campus. It’s actually a walking distance away.

The Villager Apt
The place is good regarding affordability and place. It's bad regarding amenities and safety.

Good place but it is a community
Overall good place and worth this price. It is not expensive and all facilities are included. You have your own room and bathroom. And good maintenance.
But sometimes your neighbors are noisy because four people share a kitchen and the wall of the sound block is not good. The room is feeling very open and bright to the yard and insects sometimes come, but if you like nature you might enjoy it.
