LOVE THIS PLACE
I love living here so much! You have your own studio and bathroom, while sharing a kitchen with 3 other units. I find it to be one of the more affordable housing options near UNR. management is great, the property is always kept clean, maintenance happens in a timely manner. I know on the outside it’s not the prettiest looking complex, but it’s my favorite spot i’ve lived in since i moved to reno 6+ years ago.

Affordable studios
These are studio apartments but the kitchen is shared between 4 tenants in your building. But you have the room and washroom to yourself and have direct access to your studio from outside. So you don’t have to share any spaces, only the kitchen. All utilities are included in the rent and also the parking. I’ve lived here for 2.5yrs and never had a problem. They maintain the apartment premises well and respond quickly if you request maintenance.

I enjoy the home-y vibe of these apartments! They’re older but you have your own space and share a kitchen with three other apartments.

So far, it’s been very good. There’s no major issues to worry about, and it’s also close to campus. It’s actually a walking distance away.

The place is good regarding affordability and place. It's bad regarding amenities and safety.

Good place but it is a community
Overall good place and worth this price. It is not expensive and all facilities are included. You have your own room and bathroom. And good maintenance.
But sometimes your neighbors are noisy because four people share a kitchen and the wall of the sound block is not good. The room is feeling very open and bright to the yard and insects sometimes come, but if you like nature you might enjoy it.
