Good place overall

Haven't been there for long, only about a month and a half, but staff are very kind and welcoming and management has already made a bunch of improvements since I moved in. I love all the trees in the area and love that even though each unit shares a kitchen amongst 4 people, each has a separate entrance into their room and it allows me to feel more independent. There are also lots of cats in the complex that roam around a little

LEV APT

What I like most about the residence is its perfect location, very close to the university, and although it's a shared unit, each of the tenants have their own entry to their room from the outside, and that way only the kitchen is shared. So you have much more privacy.

But the walls are so thin and the internet is terrible.
