Very quiet place. Everyone in the building is very friendly and management is great. Close to downtown and walking distance to school.

Good, not great. Better than college apartment buildings.

More on the expensive side and can get noisy due to being next to Prisma Baptist Hospital. That being said, it's within walking distance of Main Street for restaurants, bars, and Soda City farmer's market. New management took over which raised our rent with other fees attached now and they aren't the most responsive. Maintenance could take several days/week(s) to get to your apartment and not even completely fix things/do a good job. For an affordable unit, you have to be willing to either live with no windows or in a very small unit. The one that I live in is quite expensive in my opinion, but we pay for the size (~670 sq ft.), and have two windows with a small balcony. Mainly we live here because it's a 5 minute walk away from my partner's office and we share one car.
