Comfortable and Affordable
I have lived in the complex for about two months at the time of writing this review. So far, the experience has been pleasant! The apartment staff is diligent in taking care of issues, and the maintenance staff does a good job.
The apartments themselves are dated in structure but refinished on the inside. It is a pet-friendly complex, and several people have big dogs in addition to others with small dogs and cats. I myself have a cat, and she loves the natural light and big balcony/patio.
The amenities are nice, but not always available (closed for maintenance, broken, etc.) Parking is nice for residents but rather limited for guests.
All in all, it's a great value for the low price. It is situated in a great area in Henderson close to several shopping options and restaurants. The Green Valley area feels safe and homey. Coming from out of state, this place made for an easy adjustment.

It’s about a 15-20 min drive to school and you don’t have to go on the freeway. This apartment is in a great area: Green Valley/Henderson. Nice home feel in the apartment. Lots of stores nearby. I highly recommend if you are willing to drive a little bit each day.

Good Choice for Me
I enjoy the apartment and the apartment complex. Although the rent is more than I want to pay, I find the complex, staff, neighbors, and dwelling very good.

Good apartment
We have liked living at 23 Twelve. There's a ton of parking. Trader Joe's and Smiths are close by. All the apartments are recently remodeled.
