Affordable, Clean, Easy Access to Highway

A great experience. Located next to summerlin parkway easy access to get to school in 25 mins. Gas station next door for quick fill ups. Boca shopping center about a 10 min drive way has a target, and other retailers and restaurants. Quite pet friendly no charge for service animals or emotional support animals. Has doggy poop station through out complex, a gym, volleyball sand court, and kids play area. Parking is first come first serve instead of assigned but there is plenty of parking for residents. Parking for visitors is a bit far but do able still in the same complex. Has 1-3 bedroom options. Leasing staff is awesome.
