Seemed great in the beginning
Apartment is very affordable with a lot of space and W/D in-unit. However, there were many issues with the management causing extra expenses. There was a constant bug issue even with multiple rounds of treatment from the exterminator and the amount of pests never decreased. The heating was also improperly functioning for half the winter and management gaslighted us and refused to fix it for several months leading to electric bills as high as $400 / month. After they finally fixed it, maintenance stated it was a problem in the system but management refused to acknowledge it was an issue on their end or offer any compensation. Wish I spent extra money for some peace in my housing situation - I tried to avoid being in the apartment as much as I could.
