Decent 4 bedroom
It's a New York apartment and you're a student, so you have to give somewhere. I live in a 4 bedroom with three other students. We have high ceilings, the rooms are big, and we have a big living room. Additionally, we live in Grammercy, which is a great neighborhood as a student, and the rent is crazy. Our bathrooms and kitchen are really small, it's an old building, and our property managers are not very responsive.
