Longer commute, quiet area

I lived in this complex for my first year attending UNR as a grad student. I didn’t know Reno super well, area wise, so this was kind of a long drive from my apartment to school each day. Definitely plan your commute ahead of time in the winter! There was a lot of construction going on while I lived there and sort of a problem with bug infestations regardless of how clean your apartment was. Management provided pest control. The area is nice and quiet but far from other students / events in town which was rough. I never really got to know my neighbors.

Good apartment in stead area

Good apartment. A bit far out of downtown Reno. Responsive management and nice area with lots of walking areas and a dog park.
