Great apartment
This apartment's management is very responsive to repair or maintenance requests. It also has new stainless steel appliances and very close to bus stops in case you don't drive

Nice place but poor maintenance and horrible neighbors
The facility is beautiful. It is modern, relatively new, and has nice amenities (amazon lockers, dedicated mail room, keyless entry into buildings, gym, dog washing station, covered parking). Unfortunately, it is not well-maintained, and the people who live here are a bit questionable. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. I’ve called management for various repairs and complaints, but nothing happens. They often forget and don’t even make note of it. The neighbors here are not respectful of the space. They leave trash, alcohol, and furniture out in various parts of the hallways and dumpsters. I’ve seen food spilled in the stairwell, and dog poop on sidewalks. The complex claims they are non-smoking, but I wake up to marijuana smell 4-5 times out of the week in my own apartment. When I complain about the smell, nothing is done by management. There are also cigarette smokers that smoke right outside of my window, so I can’t open the window. It is a shame such a nice place is horribly managed. I suspect they do not screen tenants very well because many of them do not follow the rules.

Studio Apartment in Sparks
Parq Crossing is a great apartment if you need a basic studio. The apartment is newly built so the units are beautiful with lots of sunlight. It has everything you need including an in-unit washer and dryer and covered parking. The apartments are about 8 minutes away from campus. Since it is mostly studio apartments, the complex is generally very quiet for working individuals.
