Good location

The deco is close to the highway and has a really nice bar scene nearby. It can be a little loud at times when concerts or other events are going on in Victorian square, but the walls do a nice job of blocking most of it out. As long as you park behind the gate in the parking garage you do not have much to worry about. Someone attempted to steal my vehicle when it was parked on the first floor so that is something to keep in mind. If you are not on top of maintenance or the management any issues you have with your apartment will not be taken care of quickly. I had to wait about 3 weeks before my garbage disposal was fixed. The 4th floor of the parking garage also has a problem with pigeons sticking around and defecating.
