Good Amenities, but the Apartment Feels Dark
The apartment is a small one, and the A/C works fine. I didn’t receive any dishes, blender, or forks, so you’ll need to bring your own. I don’t like the bedroom because there are no windows or natural light. However, the other areas, like the study room and the gym, are nice.

Not really worth it.
I enjoy living here sometimes. It's close to campus, and the amenities are nice. However, the walls are extremely thin. I know this is common with newer apartments. But if you have a noisy upstairs neighbor, well, good luck. Anyways, management and maintenance are pretty nice. The apartment is small compared to other apartments around the same price. Parking is $100 per month which is a lot for me. Honestly, if this apartment wasn't close to campus, I would have not chosen to live here.

Expensive, but where ISN'T expensive...
I'm staying at HERE because 1. it's super close to south campus. Like, a 7 or 8 minute walk from Frandsen Humanities/Historic Quad/Lake Manzanita and 2. I was accepted late and it was one of the few places still offering rooms.
I like it, but I'm planning on moving to a different complex next year; HERE is very expensive and they do NOT provide free parking. Not to mention, the parking spots, because they're limited, are about $100 PER MONTH.
Overall, I've seen worse, but it isn't worth it for me to stay here another two years.

Review
I really like my apartment but it's getting too expensive. There are many amenities, but the rent/total cost per space is starting to push it. My rent increased this year, and if I were to renew (I'm graduating) it would increase again.
Personally, I just got really lucky with the location in terms of noise and such (top floor and only share one wall, facing internally).
