I enjoy it a lot. But I had an ant problem (was really bad), but it is fixed now, and hope it never happens again.

Brownsville Station
Quiet complex. Plenty of parking for residents and guest. Only restriction on animals is the amount allowed. Management is extremely helpful.

Perfect place for grad students
quiet apartment complex with around 50 units. management is quick and fantastic. I live in a two story cottage that has the perfect amount of space for 1. Only 1.5 miles from campus and close to downtown. Would recommend to any grad student!

Great management and mature feel
Great people run the apartment complex and the maintenance crew is great! The complex is catered more to graduate/CVM or young singles/couples. More mature in feel than most of the undergraduate housing. The area is misleading. I have found the place to be very safe and multiple police officers live in the complex.
