Great location, but not much else lately
You cannot beat the location in the heart of the Strip District but the apartment complex and its management need to really step it up. Worst of all is the fact that there is no security at all regarding receipt of packages. Deliveries are all over the place, including entrance ways that are not secure and are easy accessed by the public. Several times I have had packages stolen. Maintenance used to be the best, but since new ownership, the excellent maintenance team has been replaced and it now takes a long time for needed repairs. Management is not good about responding to inquiries and it is often difficult to get anyone in the office to answer the phone. Voice messages are not addressed or returned.
