Absolutely Love My Place

This apartment is great if you want a quiet place to stay. It looks like it is super far from campus, but it takes me 7-10 minutes to get to campus. There are easy backways, and you can take the interstate. I am surrounded by graduate students and older people. Lots of people have cute dogs that they walk, and lots of people have cute cats sitting in the window (like me). Maintenance is pretty good. The only problem I have had that was frustrating is my hair went out on and off from May-September. After a bit of nagging, they finally got me a whole new air machine thing. Only problem overall. Love it.

Current resident review

I have been living at the Reserve for 1.5 years and have really enjoyed it. The management team is very responsive to emails and calls and the maintenance staff are always very helpful when an issue arises. The pool is beautiful, well-kept and a really nice place to spend the summer. The property also has a community workout room and a half basketball court. I always feel safe at my apartment, even when staying alone or walking inside from my car at night.

Great Place

My place is a bit further from campus than most people. It is off of College Drive. I am surrounded by older people which makes for a very quiet place to study. It is pet friendly. All you pay for a pet is a deposit! No pet rent. Great management. Clean place. It’s gated and safe. Near Whole Foods, Walmart, Newks, Starbucks, chick fil a. I am a girl who lives by herself and I have never felt unsafe! I love where I live. It’s worth the longer commute in the afternoon traffic.
