sometimes no hot water at night so you can't take hot water shower. And my friend's fridge have some problem

This housing resource is owned by QH. It is really nice and I appreciate WashU's effort in proving various safe and lovely housing resources to us students. The facilities in my studio are great. The maintenance service is responsive and efficient. My living experience in this studio is definitely one of my best memories in WashU.

I've not had any trouble living here. The move-in way easy, everything works and is clean, maintenance is quick and helpful, people are quiet. The road is not too noisy and it's super close to campus. Feels like it's a safe neighborhood. It's an older building though without any common areas or amenities which you'll find in nicer buildings. The rooms are smaller too as they're almost all studios, so think carefully if you're happy in a studio. The rooms are furnished but not to a very high standard. I needed to bring in my own desk and office chair. The couches and chairs are not the best either, so don't expect anything super comfortable. I hardly use mine. It's pretty basic living. You get storage in the basement too which is good. I had a corner unit which was nice and sunny. Free washers and dryers are on every floor which is great.

I live in a fairly small studio apartment. It comes furnished and all the utilities are covered. All rooms also include a mounted smart TV. There is storage space and a gym in the basement. The storage space can fit a mattress in it. The gym isn't that great, but it is there if you need it. There are 2 laundry rooms in the buliding in addition to two media rooms. There are trash chutes on every floor. For anyone who wants to live alone at an affordable price, it is a good deal. Additionally, living in a furnished apartment was a priority for me since I previously lived in a furnished apartment my 1L year when I rented through Quadrangle Housing. My furnished apartment my 1L year was extremely spacious and cheaper compared to my current apartment, but it was a 2 bedroom and I had a roommate. If living alone is your priority this is a great space. I have lived in my apartment for the past 2 years.
