Amazing

I love this apartment. Residents super friendly. Staff is super friendly. Maintenance comes quick. Great amenities. Even free yoga on Tuesdays! Pet friendly for those with pets. Always clean. Great pool and free coffee all of the time.

So far so good!

My roommate and I have really enjoyed living here so far. The building is very nice and new. We have a pool, hot tub, lots of common spaces with grills, a nice gym, free coffee in the lobby, and a nice mailroom. Our apartment does fun events every month. We've gone to a charcuterie event, and I got a free facial! The area is great, about 10 minutes from campus.
Only downside is utilities and parking aren't included. We $150 each for parking per month and utilities range monthly.

Great but expensive

My rent was represented in the survey is what the true cost is (minus utilities). I received a few months free. It’s great and safe but expensive.

Great Apartment

My apartment itself is wonderful and very spacious for a one bedroom, there are however two downfalls to this complex. One being that it is currently surrounded by construction six days a week. And the other is that there isn't much within walking distance. Lucking my parking is included with rent in an underground, heated garage, but I am considering moving to a more walkable neighborhood with roommates.
